Section Two discusses the basics of coding with Visual Basic in InfoPath. Setting up Visual Studio Tools for Applications (VSTA) is covered, as well as how to create basic and control events. Custom controls, COM add-ins, and ActiveX controls will also be covered.
Section Three explores using InfoPath Designer with SharePoint Server 2010. We will cover how to publish forms to SharePoint, create SharePoint views, use SharePoint form tools, use SharePoint data in InfoPath, and how to create and manage workflows.
Section Four wraps up Upgrading to Microsoft Office InfoPath 2010 and covers how to use advanced form templates. Participants will begin by learning how to import forms based on Word documents and Excel workbooks. Then, they will learn how to use an XML file, XML schema, and a database to create a form. Form publication via e-mail will also be covered.
