Students will gain understanding of program design challenges, changing points of view, and tips on customization. They will also look at competencies for trainers, how to make adjustments for different learning styles, and challenging training situations. Forms and tools are included to help implement four levels of evaluation. Students will also prepare and present their own training demonstrations.
With Advanced Skills for the Practical Trainer, you have access to all the tools that a trainer needs, including trainer and student guides, detailed activities, icebreakers and energizers, recommended reading lists, and more.
