Velsoft provides ready-made, customizable training courseware and eLearning content for organizations that need to deliver professional workplace training without building courses from scratch.

Velsoft courseware is used by corporate HR and learning and development teams, independent trainers, consultants, educational institutions, government organizations, nonprofits, resellers, and training providers.
Velsoft offers a wide range of workplace training topics, including leadership, management, communication, customer service, sales, project management, digital and AI skills, Microsoft Office, diversity and inclusion, workplace safety, compliance, food safety, and professional development.

Courseware Formats

Customizable training courseware is professionally developed training content that can be edited, branded, and adapted to fit your organization’s learning goals, audience, industry, and delivery method.
Instructor-Led Training kits typically include facilitator materials, participant materials, presentation slides, exercises, activities, assessments, course outlines, and quick reference resources. Materials are designed for classroom, virtual, or blended training.
SCORM eLearning courses are online training modules packaged for upload into a Learning Management System. They allow organizations to deliver, track, and manage learner progress through an LMS.
Storyline source files are the editable Articulate Storyline project files used to build eLearning courses. They allow teams to update course content, branding, interactions, visuals, and organization-specific information before publishing.

Customization and Branding

Yes. Velsoft courseware is designed to be customized. You can adapt content for your audience, add internal examples, align materials with your training goals, and adjust the course to fit your industry or organization.
Yes. Organizations can add their logo, colors, messaging, examples, and internal policies or procedures to create branded training materials.
Yes. Velsoft courseware is intended to support white-label training delivery, so organizations can customize materials and present them under their own brand where permitted by the licensing agreement.

Licensing and Usage Rights

Velsoft courseware is sold with a one-time lifetime license. Once purchased, the materials can be used long term according to the terms of the licensing agreement.
The SLA states that you can use the materials for training purposes only, not for re-sale.
Our current SLA doesn’t allow for you to use the content to create your own eLearning courses. The good news is that we probably already have it available as eLearning, or we can create it for you!

Absolutely. Although Velsoft will always retain the copyright, you can remove any reference to Velsoft, including the Copyright page.

No. Velsoft courseware does not require annual renewal fees for purchased materials.

No. Velsoft courseware supports unlimited learners within the terms of the license, helping organizations train teams, departments, clients, or students without per-seat pricing.

Pricing and Purchasing

Pricing depends on the course format, number of courses, and purchasing requirements. Organizations can request a quote for individual courses, bundles, or larger course library purchases.

Yes. Bundle pricing is available for organizations purchasing multiple courses. Custom pricing may also be available for large-volume or enterprise-wide training needs.

Yes. Organizations interested in broad training coverage can request pricing for large course bundles or access to Velsoft’s full courseware library.

Delivery and Implementation

Most customers can begin using Velsoft courseware immediately after download. ILT materials can be customized and delivered, while SCORM courses can be uploaded to an LMS for online deployment.
