Course 06: Emotional Dexterity
Emotional dexterity is emotional intelligence in action: the ability to stay aware, regulated, and composed under pressure, uncertainty, and strong emotions. This capstone micro-course brings together the skills of perspective-taking, empathy, trust-building, listening, and problem-solving into one adaptive practice.
