Program Overview 

Refer a colleague to Velsoft. When they become a customer, both the referrer and the new customer receive a credit.  

Standard tier: $250/$250.  

Active CoursewareAssurance™  subscriber tier: $500 for referrer / $250 for new customer. 

How It Works 

1) Submit your colleague’s details via the referral form. 

2) Velsoft will reach out to the referred colleague with a $250 welcome credit. 

3) When the referral becomes a customer, credits are applied to the referrer and the new customer. 

Eligibility, Credits & Redemption 

• Standard tier: $250 credit to referrer; $250 credit to new customer.
• Active CoursewareAssurance™ tier: $500 credit to referrer; $250 credit to new customer.
• Credits expire 12 months from the deal close date unless otherwise stated. 
• Credits may not be combined with certain promotions and may have product exclusions (see order terms).

Timing & Payout 

• Credits are granted once the referred customer completes an eligible purchase and the order is fully paid.
• Please allow up to 10 business days from payment confirmation for credits to be applied.

Limits & Fraud Prevention 

• Multiple referrals are welcome. However, spamming, bulk submissions, or fake leads may result in disqualification.
• Duplicate emails, IP address anomalies, and repeated self-referrals are monitored.

Privacy & Consent 

• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred colleague’s permission to share their business contact details with Velsoft. 
• Personal data is processed in accordance with Velsoft’s Privacy Policy.

• Velsoft may modify or end the program at any time. No rights are conferred by participating. 
• Eligibility and credit decisions are at Velsoft’s sole discretion. Local laws and corporate policies may restrict incentive acceptance.
